All reasonable measures will be made to ensure the privacy of contact information :: Contact details will never be passed on to third parties other than agents who resell our courses and we will never send you spam.
Public Training Courses
Ax-Stream reserve the right at its sole discretion to cancel any public training course. In such cases Ax-Stream is obliged to notify delegates of a cancellation 5 working days in advance by email only. Delegates will be offered either a full refund, via PayPal or cheque, or a place on the next available public course. Ax-Stream liability is limited to refunding payment for the course :: Ax-Stream reserve the right at its sole discretion to refuse an individual entry to a course or eject any individual from a training course. In such cases and where payment has been made any refused or ejected person will be entitled to a full refund and Ax-Stream's liability is limited to refunding payment for the course.
Onsite Training Courses
Training materials will be sent to clients in advance of the course in
electronic form (PDF) and
clients will be responsible for distributing these materials to their delegates :: Clients must provide at least one computer between two people with a
mouse (track pads are not suitable for Axure work) with the
latest version of Axure loaded onto each computer :: Ax-Stream reserve the right to terminate any on-site training course in the event of unprofessional or abusive behaviour (physical or mental) by any delegate(s) or other member of the client organisation. In such cases, the client will be liable for the full cost of the course :: The client agrees to provide an environment suitable for training, including provision of facilities for suitable refreshments and subsistence :: Ax-Stream will not be responsible for any accidental damage to property or persons whilst on the client’s premises.
Cancellation Policy
A booking for an on-site course is made once we receive either a Purchase Order (PO) or a confirmation email agreeing the dates and costs. For all cancellations, the client will be liable for the cost of any travel and accommodation Ax-Stream books in order to fulfil the course (evidence of costs can be provided upon request), whereby the timing and selection of all travel and accommodation is at Ax-Stream’s sole discretion. For any cancelation within 30 days of commencement of the course the client will be liable for 50% of the course costs; except for any cancelation within 5 days of commencement of the course in which case the client will be liable for 100% of the course costs. All liability must be paid within 10 days of the cancelation. All cancellations must be made by

Costing
Ax-Stream may require an additional payment to cover travelling and accommodation costs - this will always be quoted up front.
Payment Terms
Ax-Stream invoices must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will incur an additional cost of 1% of the total VAT inclusive invoice amount per calendar day.
Use of Axure RP Pro
Ax-Stream accept no liability for how clients use Axure RP Pro following any training.
Liability
Ax-Stream’s liability is always limited to the value of services provided.
