Overview

Axure RP Pro is an industry leading tool for rapidly prototyping the web, desktop and mobile software applications, and its use is growing exponentially amongst the User Experience Design (UXD) community. This training is designed for those who have little or no knowledge of Axure who want to produce basic prototypes (wireframes). It also sets a great foundation for more advanced Axure training such as our advanced course. Delegates completing this course get the Axure RP Pro "Essentials" Certificate from an Approved Axure Trainer.

What do clients need to do?

Clients need to provide a suitable room with space for delegates to write :: A computer projector or large monitor (higher resolution the better) :: At least one computer between two people with a mouse (track pads not suitable for Axure work) with the latest version of Axure loaded onto each computer :: You will also need to print, bind and distribute the course notes, which we will provide to you electronically in PDF format.

I want a course for my organisation but can't do it at my own training facilities - Do you have your own training facilities?
Yes, we have access to training centre in all major cities in Europe. Please contact us for details.

Do you charge expenses for on-site courses?
There may be a charge for travel and expenses depending on the location of the course. Usually we will charge for travel, accommodation and evening subsistence if delivery of a course involves more than 1.5 hours travel from our offices.

Am I guaranteed to get a certificate?
Our training quality means that virtually all delegates are successful but, as approved Axure trainers, delegates must achieve the required standard to qualify for certificates, with this standard being at the sole discretion of the trainer. We also do our best to ensure that delegates have the necessary pre-requisite skills prior to attending our courses.

What materials do I get with a course?
For standard training courses we provide, in electronic form, PDF documents containing annotated screen shots that explain the concepts covered on the course - these are not training manuals.

Do you run public courses where anyone can attend as an individual?
Yes, periodically. These will be advertised on this web site.

Is it necessary to own a copy of Axure in order to get training?
No, you can download the fully functional evaluation version of Axure RP Pro (valid for one month) to use with your training. Indeed, you can use our training sessions as part of any evaluation of Axure RP Pro.
